Attendance, Payments & Booking Policy
Season 2026–2027
Payments & Booking
All classes are paid in advance.
Payment confirms and reserves a place for the child in a specific group and time slot. Once a place is reserved, it cannot be offered to another child.
4-Week Membership
Classes are booked as a 4-week membership, covering 4 consecutive weekly sessions.
The child’s place is reserved in the same group for the full membership period
Missed Sessions
Missed sessions are included in the membership and cannot be transferred, carried over or refunded. A missed session does not extend the 4-week membership period.
Art Club Holidays & Closures
Art Club holidays, public holidays and emergency closures are not counted as part of the 4-week membership. The membership continues with the next scheduled class after the closure
Attendance Responsibility
Attendance is the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
The club does not send reminders for regular or missed sessions.
Changes, Pauses & Leaving
Requests to pause, stop or change a booking should be made before the final session of the current 4-week membership.
Refunds
Refunds are not provided for missed sessions or once a 4-week membership period has started.
Any refund offered is at the sole discretion of the club and does not set a precedent.
Records
Attendance records are kept by the club.
Parents may request to review attendance records by appointment.
Acceptance of Policy
By making a payment, you confirm that you accept this policy.
This policy applies equally to all families.
